Fish Goujons in Japanese Panko

Fish fillets
Egg
Flour
Panko mix
Oil
Salt and pepper

Slice the fillets into bite sized pieces
Dust lightly in flour and salt / pepper mix whisk raw egg and dip in each piece into egg and then roll in Penko crumbs until fully covered

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fry for 2 mins maximum until coating is golden brown

Serve with soy sauce or any spicy dip
